    Comfy bed in the Beautiful King Room suited me well for a good night's sleep. The shower featured was great.

    Access involves several steepish steps, which got tricky after snowfall. The communication about room codes fell short, leading to inconvenience upon arrival. Had to deal with noise from neighboring rooms, especially with a door directly opening onto an alleyway.

    Comfy bed and great shower. Really good communications with management to resolve any minor issues

    Minor details like a kettle without a plug and no milk or sugar for beverages were unexpected. Some curtains to block morning light would help!

    Arriving late was challenging due to the lack of clear parking options, made unloading luggage difficult. The room mix-up was particularly distressing, as I found another guest already in my assigned room, leading to a scramble for alternatives. Noise levels were high due to thin walls.
